I had a few companies come out and review my issue and as soon as I met with Thomas, I knew he was the right person for the job. As someone that is deathly scared of rodents, I wanted someone that would be there for me through the entire process. Thomas is very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what was going on through videos. He took his time and proofed every aspect of my house. He also told me that if there were any issues, I could contact him, and he would be out to see what my issue was as soon as possible. This level of service is what sold me. He offers a 3-year guarantee, while others offered less. He made appointments with me ahead of time to come out every week to check the traps and I never had to chase him.
